About Me
Hi, I'm Sue, founder of Studio Juncture.
I help in-house creative leaders and their teams navigate high-stakes transitions—like acquisitions, mergers, and major shifts—without burning out, dropping quality, or drowning in operational drag.
Every team hits points where a transition triggers administrative waste, conflicting tools, and mounting burnout—especially when new stakeholders step in or teams are fractured and scrambling. My job is to walk into that friction and sort it out for you: cutting through manual drag, aligning processes, and giving your creative team space to breathe.
After 20 years across retail, agency, and tech—including sitting on the inside of corporate acquisitions from both sides of the table—I know how the broader business operates, bringing a big-picture view that keeps corporate friction from derailing your creative work.
I've experienced firsthand the operational challenges that arise when creative teams must manage increasing volumes of work, competing priorities, cultural and brand friction, conflicting processes and tooling, complex approval structures, unclear briefs, resource constraints, and fragmented communication. Studio Juncture was born with all of those challenges in mind and the experience to find real solutions.

Although I don't get to do it as often as I like. This year's trip to Barcelona was amazing.
